Many common reasons for not enjoying other gyms or personal trainers are: they are too busy and crowded, you can't get a machine you want, you don't feel confident about what you are doing and you are not keen to ask for help, the environment isn't right for you, too many macho body builders or posers, crowded communal changing rooms which never seem clean, equipment covered in sweat and no sign of anyone wiping it down. The list is long and varied - but believe us we understand and we took it all into consideration when designing Fitness House.
The minute you talk to us at Fitness House or come for a look, you'll realise that our private gym is not like anything else you've ever seen. It is your exclusive private gym, away from everyone, with a professional fitness expert just for you. After each work out, freshen up in a luxury, private shower room – you get one all to yourself.
If you think you're not the right shape, you soon will be with professional advice, encouragement and masses of praise for your effort. We will work with you on your goals and you will quickly see a big difference.
Our Fitness House equipment is state of the art from Technogym. Upstairs are two running machines, a cross trainer, a Watt Bike, a rowing machine, Kinesis Personal, a cable rehab station, kettlebells, leg raise, bespoke ceiling chin up bars and adjustable benches; also there are stretch areas and free weight areas. Downstairs you’ll find a lat pull down, a leg abductor, leg press, leg extension, TRX, a dual cable weight station, an Olympic rack and barbells, and free weights. A separate studio hosts private one-to-one Reformer Pilates' sessions.
The Fitness House Luxury Gym London has upper and lower individually controlled climate control and air-conditioning, upper and lower sound systems, plus Satellite TVs.
