Costs

Our prices are based on regular pre-booked fitness and / or pilates sessions at times that fit into your lifestyle. Appointments for 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week are reserved for anything from 6 weeks up to a full year; at the end of the period booked, you are invited to continue for further sessions on a similar basis. We also offer more intense 4-6 week courses that get you into shape quickly.

Introduction

The first step is the most difficult. So our start-up introduction courses get you into the swing of things; see quickly what a difference personal training makes.

Transformation

A highly focused course of 36 sessions lasting 9 - 12 weeks which combines a specific training regime & personal nutrition plan. Transform yourself in 2-3 months.

Fitness and Pilates - combined

Each week mix 2 x 1hr Fitness with 1 x 1hr Pilates; total of 18 sessions. A perfect mix to optimise fitness with posture and core.

Intense

You need to get into shape and you need to do it fast. We provide a highly focused course of training to achieve your goals quickly
